HELP of Carpinteria is always looking for volunteers who want to make a difference in our community.

Dispatchers answer the phone, schedule rides, and provide support for HELP drivers. Our dispatchers volunteer in our Carpinteria office for a 2 hour shift each week, or volunteer as a substitute to cover for vacations. We are looking for caring volunteers with excellent customer service skills.

HELP Drivers volunteer for 4 hours in Carpinteria, or for 8 hours driving Carpinteria residents to their medical appointments in Santa Barbara. Drivers can volunteer for a weekly shift, or as a substitute to cover vacations. We are looking for caring volunteers who have an excellent driving record and the desire to help our non-driving Carpinteria residents remain independent in their homes when they no longer drive.
